1. Return & Replacement Eligibility
We accept return or replacement requests under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly
- Incorrect or incomplete product delivered
- Manufacturing defects identified
All requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return

5. Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated only after successful product inspection
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable
6. Replacement Process
- Replacements are subject to product availability
- Dispatch of replacement occurs after return verification
- If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
- Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days
8. Warranty & Repairs
