Refund & Return Policy

At SIEDEM TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not working

  • The product received is wrong or incomplete

  • The product has manufacturing defects

Returns must be requested within [7 / 10 / 15] days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of electronic products, the following are non-returnable unless damaged or defective:

  • Opened or used electronic items

  • Accessories (cables, batteries, earphones, chargers)

  • Software, digital products, or licenses

  • Products damaged due to misuse, voltage fluctuation, or improper installation

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, invoice, warranty card, and accessories must be included

  • Serial numbers (if any) must match our records

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@siedemtechnologies.com with your Order ID and reason for return

  2. Our team will verify the request

  3. If approved, return instructions will be shared

  4. Product inspection will be conducted upon receipt

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after successful inspection

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is subject to product availability

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued

  • Replacement products are dispatched after return verification

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days

8. Warranty Claims

  • Warranty is provided by the manufacturer, unless stated otherwise

  • Warranty claims must be raised directly with the authorized service center

  • Physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs void warranty

9. Damaged Products During Delivery

If the package appears damaged:

  • Do not accept delivery, or

  • Record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours

Failure to do so may result in rejection of the return request.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable laws of India.
